Nothing cheers up a kid like having a couple of friends spend the night. When word of yet another snow day was scheduled, my oldest son, Paul, immediately asked if his two buddies could spend the night...my eldest daughter was less than thrilled.
It was fine! The kids had a blast, they watched movies, played video and board games, had snacks, and are now waiting for the cinnamon rolls to come out of the oven.
Here's the best part...no one wanted my attention.
