Irish Mexicans...

I'm having the officers spouses monthly "get together" on Saturday at my house with an Irish theme. We are celebrating St. Patrick's Day a little after the fact. Since margaritas are green, they are definitely on the menu. My friends have asked what they can bring and my only response is, "a designated driver". I'll dole out the recipe at a later date, but this was our cocktail of last summer and I think I put on 5 lbs from nightly margaritas last year!
