Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!

Today even though I'm 100% Italian-American, much to my in-laws dismay (just kidding),I'll pretend to be Irish for today, ONLY today. I am wearing a green sweater, I have a corned beef in the crock pot, no cabbage here, Brussels sprouts for one, no one else will eat them and beer! Yum. I'm making Irish Soda Bread, recipe courtesy of the late, great Doris Mahony, God rest her soul. I'll actually get to put raisins in it since "Mr. No Raisins" isn't here...see a positive about deployment.
