Yesterday, painters were supposed to come to the house and remove some very dated wallpaper and start painting. When they didn't show up on time, I called to see if they were still planning on working. I spoke to one of the 2 brothers. He told me that he couldn't come, their dad died...but would tomorrow be OK or would it mess me up? I replied, "Oh, my gosh...I'm so sorry for your loss. What time could you be here?"
